Windows installer hangs

If you DO NOT have an active Internet connection or your firewall is blocking outbound connections then the Windows installer hangs as it tries to resolve application dependencies. This is only a problem on version 2.0 or earlier of the BlackFog installer for Windows. Version 2.0.1 or later first check the Internet connection before attempting to access the dependencies. This check will be deferred in such cases and allow the installation to proceed.
