Interesting news from the Federal Court today has ruled that bulk phone data collection by the NSA is illegal. Congress now has until May 31 to decide what they will allow before the law expires. It should be an interesting 3 weeks ahead.
For now the court will allow the program to continue temporarily until Congress defines the boundaries. For more information please refer to the article on the New York Times.
