When using BlackFog on Android and certain Samsung Galaxy S8 and S9 phones the Internet connection appears to be broken and the Google Play store no longer seems to operate normally. This is due to a bug in the kernel of the Android version shipping with the original Galaxy phones.
Phones affected with this issue are normally running Kernel 4.9.56 of Android 8. To rectify the issue we suggest you update your device with the latest kernel which should be at least 4.9.65 or later. This appears to fix the problem with network connections and BlackFog.
