If you are installing BlackFog on mobile devices within an Enterprise it is often necessary to directly assign devices to groups at the time of license registration. This group key assignment is available within BlackFog when applying the PIN code to register the device.
First, it is necessary to obtain the group key from the BlackFog console. Login and navigate to the Groups menu and look for the group that you wish to assign. You will see that there is a special group key listed at the end like the one shown below.
Now we can add this key when we license the application, either via an MDM solution, or directly in the UI of the device when it requests the PIN code. Just add a DASH after the PIN followed by the Group key as shown below.
